Silver Jewellery in Berlin: Handmade, By Appointment
Everything I make is made here, in Berlin. Not designed here and produced somewhere far away — actually made in a studio in the city, by hand, often the same week it reaches you.
People ask why Berlin. The honest answer is that I live here. But it has become more than that: the city's directness, its lack of fuss, the way people here wear things that are quiet and real rather than showy — that is the same instinct that runs through the jewellery.
You can come and see it
The studio is open four days a week — Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 12 to 6 — and you are welcome to come by, try things on, and see the pieces in person. A thin ring or a fine chain is hard to judge from a screen; on your own hand it is obvious in a second. If those days or times do not work for you, message me and we will find another time. It is a working studio, so I am usually here anyway.
Buying everyday silver
Most of my everyday silver is in stock and ready to go — pendants, bracelets and earrings I make in small batches and keep on hand. Rings I make to order, but I keep the wait short, usually just a few days, so what you get was made recently rather than sitting in a warehouse. You can buy online and have it shipped, or come and pick it up here.
Something made for you
If you want a piece adapted to you — a different length, an engraving, a wedding ring made to order — that starts with a conversation. Message me on Instagram, WhatsApp or by email and tell me what you have in mind, and we work it out together. For rings, that includes getting the size right, which matters more than people expect. Fingers change slightly through the year — a little smaller in winter, a little fuller in summer — so part of what I do is help you land on a size that will still be right in six months, not just on the day you try it on.
Why local still matters
Most jewellery now is bought without ever meeting the person who made it. There is nothing wrong with that — most of my own orders ship out into the world. But if you are in Berlin, there is something worth having in choosing a piece in the room where it was made, from the person who made it. You leave knowing exactly what you have and where it came from. If you would like to visit, the studio details are here. Come and try something on.
