DE / EU Size refers to the circumference of your finger in millimeters (mm).
Example: A size 52 means your finger’s circumference is 52 mm.

Diameter (mm) refers to the inner width of the ring in millimeters.
Example: A diameter of 16.5 mm means the ring measures 16.5 mm across from one inner edge to the other.

Germany: 2–3 business days
Europe (NL, BE, LU, AT, FR, DK, PL, CZ): 3–5 business days
Rest of the EU: 6–8 business days
Switzerland & UK: 3–5 business days

Your delivery date is making time plus transit. The exact date is shown in your cart and at checkout.

In Germany, packages are handled by DHL. Outside of Germany, standard packages are handled by the local post, insured, and include a tracking number. High-value items are shipped by DHL or UPS.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Express delivery
Express shipping via UPS or DHL Express is available at checkout and arrives within 24–48 hours after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Express speeds up the transit, not the making — the item still needs to be finished first. Need it sooner? Write to us — we can often make your piece faster, and we never charge extra for priority.

Processing times
Our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches in our Berlin atelier.
Processing times vary and are listed on each product page.
Orders with items of different processing times ship together unless placed separately.

Customs & taxes
Orders shipped within the EU arrive without additional fees — no duties or taxes on delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
