Yes — both returns and exchanges are available for any unused item.
For the Holiday Season, all orders placed between Nov 15 and Dec 31 can be returned or exchanged until Jan 15.
For purchases made outside this period, our regular 21-day return and exchange policy applies.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge. You only cover the shipping cost to return the
original item and cover the shipping costs for the replacement package.

Returns
The package must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued
— including the original shipping costs paid at checkout.

Orders shipped within the EU arrive with no additional fees or taxes.
United States
The USA now applies new tax rules to international online purchases. To make the process seamless, we prepay all duties and taxes for orders up to €1000.

For higher-value orders, we can assist in calculating the estimated import
taxes.

metals — solid gold (available in 8K / 14K / 18K) and real sterling silver (925).

Yes. Each item is handmade in our Berlin studio, crafted ethically and finished with precision.
We complete every polishing, assembly, and adjustment entirely by hand.

Since any home methods to measure finger size are not accurate enough we strongly suggest do not use any of them. The best is to visit a jewelry shop and try on a thin ring to find out the size that fits best or to visit a jeweler to measure finger size with a professional tool.
We need your standard thin-ring size. For wide rings, we will adjust the sizing on our side.

Sterling silver can naturally oxidize over time.

To keep your pieces bright:
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and sweat
Remove jewelry for swimming, showering, and sports
Wipe pieces before storing
Store in a dry, airtight box or pouch
Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine

You can always bring your pieces to our studio for a complimentary cleaning.

Solid gold does not oxidize or tarnish.

To keep your jewelry clean:
To avoid buildup of lotions or perfumes on the surface gently brush it with a
soft toothbrush and a drop of water and soap.
Store pieces separately to prevent scratches.

We can create most rings in any size, even if your size is not listed.
Many pieces can be crafted in sterling silver or solid gold (8K / 14K / 18K).
