Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery
All standard orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Estimated delivery times:
Germany: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
Switzerland & UK: 4–6 business days
USA & Canada: 8–10 business days

You’ll see detailed shipping options and estimated delivery times for your country at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Express Delivery
Express shipping via UPS or DHL Express is available at checkout.
Delivery typically takes 24–48 hours, depending on the destination.

Exact express shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout.

Processing Times
All of our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches in our Berlin atelier.
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each individual product page.

Note: If your order contains items with different processing times, the entire order will be shipped together unless placed separately.

Customs & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union arrive with no additional fees.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you by email. You will then have the option to:

• Pay for re-shipping and receive the package again
• Cancel the order (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
